Law Firm is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits, including 401(k).

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Bank loan reviews
• Preparation of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and closing binders
• Communicate directly with clients
• Coordination of closings and meetings
• Excellent written and verbal skills
