## Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, e-filing, styles, and brief formatting. Candidate should have experience with federal and state e-filing, trial preparation, table of contents, table of authorities, and researching and pulling cases. Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication, proofreading/redlining, and organizational skills. Candidates should also be detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize the workload independently and be comfortable working in a high-volume, high-energy environment.

## Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the litigation legal assistant include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing, finalizing, and filing documents (., declarations, power of attorneys, assignments, transmittals, extensions of time, information disclosure statements, etc.)
- Preparing and finalizing client correspondence; maintaining attorney docket
- Handling legal assistant and administrative tasks including document preparation, time entry, expense reimbursement, telephone contact, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance
- Handling administrative confidential/sensitive firm and/or client information and providing excellent client service

## Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday; in-person.

## Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $50, to $60, per year. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
