Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in tax research, planning, and drafting within a law firm environment. This position offers the flexibility to work from any of our three offices and occasional travel may be required. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct experience in corporate tax matters, including formation, acquisition, disposition, merger and reorganization of business entities and financing needs.
- Conducting research and analysis of complex tax issues for both individual and corporate clients.
- Designing and implementing tax treatment and planning for incentive compensation for key employees.
- Handling tax controversy matters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in a mid-size or large law firm environment highly desired.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- LLM or pending preferred.
- NJ and PA bar admission required.
