- Seeking experienced employment litigation lawyer for fully remote, hourly position
- Work with elite "swat team" of Labor & Employment lawyers in a friendly and professional environment
- Opportunity to work on exciting matters without the demands of a full-time, partner track position
- Must have 5+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the management-side
- Familiarity with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and negotiating settlements
- Collegiate and cooperative approach, with ability to work with experienced lawyers and share ideas and resources
- Strong time management skills and flexibility for potential work flow
- Active bar license in state of residence and in a state where the law firm has an office

Salary Information:
- Staff Attorney: $85/hour - $95/hour
- Counsel: $100 - $130/hour
