The law firm is looking for a lateral associate to join their prestigious and growing tax practice in Washington, . This position is open to law school students in class years 2020 to 2022, who have a strong understanding of tax law and experience in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, or real estate matters. The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000, depending on qualifications and other operational considerations.
