Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents including briefs, contracts, and pleadings across various practice areas.
- Assist in the preparation of cases related to real estate law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategy development.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, including tribal law regulations.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Experience or coursework in areas such as immigration law, family law, estate planning, or patent law is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the legal field.
