We are currently seeking a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney or Counsel to join our national Innovative Staffing Team (IST) on a fully-remote, hourly basis. Key Information:
- Hourly pay range: $85/hour - $130/hour
- Bonus pay and periodic increases available

Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side
- Familiarity with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies such as EEOC and DOL
- Strong time management skills and flexibility in work flow
- Active bar license in state of residence and one in which Seyfarth maintains an office
