Job Description:

- Work closely with clients to navigate patent laws and judicial decisions
- Provide solutions for competitors' patents and protect clients' intellectual property assets

Job Requirements:

- 4-8 years of patent litigation experience
- Experience with drafting pleadings, responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositions
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Admission to the USPTO and a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- Direct responsibility in drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence for state and federal court, as well as supervising and training junior associates

Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
- Respond to complex discovery requests
- Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel
- Prepare for depositions and trial, including witness preparation and examination
- Prepare Federal Circuit appeal briefs
- Supervise and train junior associates
