Duties:
Handle general civil litigation matters with a focus on construction litigation.
Assist in representing clients in construction-related disputes, including contract issues, construction defects, and other related matters.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on cases.
Requirements:
2-4 years of general civil litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials with exceptional research and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.
Interest in transitioning into construction litigation.
Admitted to practice in Florida.
