Job Title:
M&A Clearance Team Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Join the Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team at the law firm.
- Handle compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act).
- Coordinate with the European-based team on international merger control compliance.
- Support the antitrust, corporate, and private equity practices within the law firm.
- Focus on regulatory antitrust matters, excluding antitrust litigation.
- Assess HSR reportability and prepare HSR forms.
- Manage filing preparation, coordinating with clients, the corporate team, and opposing counsel.
- Work on substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions, Second Request responses, and general antitrust counseling matters.
- Receive training and support from current team members and other antitrust partners.
- Exhibit excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Work effectively within deadlines.

Education and Experience Information:
- 1-4 years of Antitrust/Competition related M&A clearance experience required.
- A background in regulatory/corporate M&A or experience working for private equity fund clients is a plus.

Salary Information:
- The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000.
- Compensation is based on the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee, and is aligned with internal pay equity within the law firm.
- The figures provided are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
