Law Firm Seeking Junior to Mid-Level IP Technology Patent Litigation Associate
Salary Range: $235,000 to $365,000 (commensurate with experience)

Arnold & Porter, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a junior to mid-level patent litigation associate to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in multiple office locations. With a team of approximately 100 attorneys, the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group advises clients on all aspects of their intellectual property assets, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related issues.
The firm's Patent Litigation team is highly experienced in trial and appellate proceedings, utilizing strategic approaches and technological knowledge to protect and defend clients' patent rights in cutting-edge areas of technology. Some of the firm's notable clients include Samsung, Adobe, Boston Scientific Corporation, Charter, Crocs, Google, Tesla, and Nike.
The ideal candidate for this position would have a minimum of two years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field is also preferred. Familiarity with source code is a plus. Strong academic credentials and references are a must for all applicants.
Applicants must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they are applying or eligible to become licensed.
The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is also available.
