- 5+ years of employment litigation experience on the management-side preferred
- Familiarity and experience in federal and state court practice, as well as with government administrative agencies
- Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, handling discovery process, and drafting motions
- Ability to handle EEOC charges, defend investigations, prepare position statements, and negotiate settlements
- Collegiate, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers
- Desire to work on exciting matters without the demands of a full-time, on track position
- Strong time management skills and flexibility around work flow
- Active bar license in state of residence and in state where law firm maintains an office

- Hourly pay range for Staff Attorney role is $85/hour - $95/hour and for Counsel role is $100 - $130
