Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to keep their promises and offer employees the wages they truly deserve. It's important to have good wages starting out, but raising them will give employees an incentive to work harder.
Pros:
I did not mind this firm when I first began working here. The pay offers were pretty good and management assured me they offered promotions and raises after a certain point.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the firm did not mention when the raises and promotions would be given out. After working at the firm for a few weeks it was evident that promotions were a rarity. Employees who had worked there for several years were still being paid the same and the place was a revolving door.
