HR needs to devise a plan to alleviate some of the stress involved, since everyone is hyper focused on moving forward, we could lose some people to that system.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is on the top tier for the area and the team can be very focused to finish the job quickly and with skill.

What did you not like about this institution?
Overworked employees do exist, and some are a bit strung out with the workload at certain points in the year, depending on clients.
