It would be a good idea to try to make the work less boring somehow through changing the workflow or something.

Every day seems to go by here in a blur and it never feels like you are working at all.

The work itself can be kind of boring as it is almost automatic and requires nearly no thought at all.

My advice to management is to give easier assignments to junior attorneys and don't give them more than they can handle.

The law firm had some of the best talented people that I have ever worked with. I also enjoyed the training program when I was a junior.

The hours I worked as a junior were insane. Sometimes, I was required to work through the night on assignments and even during the weekends.
