What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Divide the duties up a bit more evenly among the office staff. Hire more paralegals to ease the workload from the attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The one thing that really stood out here was that the client is always right. Do whatever it takes to keep them happy.

What did you not like about this institution?
A lot of the time keeping the client happy means making personal sacrifices. Work weekends and long hours during the week.
