This firm needs to consider paying their managers at a higher wage. Constant change in management leads to a chaotic work environment.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The employees who work here are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. They're very welcoming and treat you like family as soon as you start. They aren't afraid to answer any questions and are very understanding if you don't get anything right away.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason why I left this firm was the constant change in management. I worked here for 2 years and I had 4 different managers during that time. The environment can be stressful at times and the firm needs a lot of work. Management is very underpaid.
