It might prove to be beneficial for an even better work environment if some effort was done to have meetings that included different sectors that don't usually work with each other.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment is what motivates me to thrive at this firm. My colleagues and superiors all help me with issues I have or resources I need. The pay is great and the atmosphere is something that will help you thrive in the law profession.
What did you not like about this institution?
One of my only issues at the firm is that since there are a lot of different sectors, it isn't always the easiest to meet and network with other lawyers that work at the firm.
