What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that even though the firm only focuses on a few fields of the law on particular areas, there should be more networking done with other firms. I think something like that will not only help expand our possible cases, but also help associates interested in researching other fields.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm focuses on some very specialized fields of the law like cases involving chemicals, etc. Since the category was something I was interested in, I found it to be very appropriate for my line of work. The people I worked with were always willing to help me out. A great work environment like that is something that is sometimes rare to find. I went to work with a positive attitude because of that.
What did you not like about this institution?
Since the firm is very specialized in the fields of law they focus on, it isn't necessarily the best place to become a more well-rounded practitioner. But if that's not what your goal is, then it isn't a problem.
