Advice to law firm management: Take a break now and then, they are understanding and will work with you to balance work/life.

Pros: I've been here for 3 years and I've been promoted twice. They have an excellent structure in place for getting advanced.

Cons: The hours are long and demanding. They compensate well, but you will be exhausted if you take all the work you can.

(the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
