Keep up the good work. The firm has happy hours, a great holiday party each year, in house catered luncheons, and other events that build camaraderie and team work. All co-workers are nice and good people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management and culture at Liss & Marion are positive, caring and supportive. Not only do the partners treat employees like family but also extend to clients the same caring professionalism in their legal representation.
What did you not like about this institution?
It is very hard work to provide good legal service to clients - some of whom are very demanding. However, the firm gives its employees good support to deal with difficult clients

None - I don't have anything other than good vibes for firm management and partners. It's a collaborative working environment despite the job demands.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Great people to work with and good compensation package. Awesome benefits. include bonus, profit sharing plan, short term and long term disability, commuter reimbursement benefit, and other perks.

Partners are really good people, successful lawyers, and nice coworkers. The firm pays bonuses to employees when they get good results. Employees are valued and treated with respect. A good employer who also does good work for the clients.
What did you not like about this institution?
the lawyers work hard to win cases for their clients. Don't work here if you are looking to slack... they won't deal with laziness.

None, they are good to work with and fair to employees. They actually talk about the work being a team approach and they seem to mean it.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
