Advice to law firm management: Keep doing what you do. Employees really like the lunches and breakfasts catered in the office. It’s nice to be appreciated.
Pros: Great coworkers , lawyers are nice
Cons: It’s hard work to keep clients happy

Advice to law firm management: I liked that the firm really valued me as an employee and respected my opinion about the work and office. I liked the "open door" policy to discuss whatever was on my mind. Thanks for listening.
Pros: Partners are really good people, successful lawyers, and nice coworkers. The firm pays bonuses to employees when they get good results. Employees are valued and treated with respect. A good employer who also does good work for the clients.
Cons: the lawyers work hard to win cases for their clients. Don't work here if you are looking to slack... they won't deal with laziness.
Partners to Avoid and Why: None, they are good to work with and fair to employees. They actually talk about the work being a team approach and they seem to mean it.
Favorite Things About this Firm: Employees are really valued and treated with respect. The firm sponsors happy hours, holiday parties, gives out bonuses, has great compensation and fringe benefits, profit sharing plan and short and long-term disability, health insurance - all paid 100% by the firm.

Advice to law firm management: Keep up the good work. The firm has happy hours, a great holiday party each year, in house catered luncheons, and other events that build camaraderie and team work. All co-workers are nice and good people.
Pros: The management and culture at Liss & Marion are positive, caring and supportive. Not only do the partners treat employees like family but also extend to clients the same caring professionalism in their legal representation.
Cons: It is very hard work to provide good legal service to clients - some of whom are very demanding. However, the firm gives its employees good support to deal with difficult clients
Partners to Avoid and Why: None - I don't have anything other than good vibes for firm management and partners. It's a collaborative working environment despite the job demands.
