Try to prevent crunch time from ever happening. It would be better if it didn't and stuff was just more spread out.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This workplace is relaxing and does not seem to put much unneeded stress onto the employees outside of a few times of the year.
What did you not like about this institution?
A few times a year everything crunches down and things get kind of crazy. People rush to do more than they have done in weeks but in a single day.
