Try to find a way to deal with drama between employees so that it doesn't hurt the work of other people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Almost everyone here gets along really well or at least doesn't cause problems for others. For the most part, everyone enjoys working with each other.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes drama will start between a few people over a silly thing and that can slow down the work until it is settled.
