What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The billing process needs to be completely overhauled, as the firm is losing funds because of this simple problem. If better billing practices were adopted the firm would be very successful.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lawyers have the ability to approach cases differently. At the firm I was able to handle cases in a manner that I was accustomed to. The management did not force me to conform my practices to a set standard of the firm. By allowing this I was able to be successful with my cases.
What did you not like about this institution?
The billing of clients should be updated. Clients are not followed up with to ensure they pay their bills, which then causes a loss for the firm and the attorneys.

Colin Folawn acted with psychopathic tendencies in my estimation when he systematically harassed me during my pregnancy and even after my young son was born and I was on federally protected maternity leave.
