What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Someone should be put in place as the manager, and the people that felt like they are better than everyone else should be told to knock it off or leave.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a few older attorneys here that are very experienced and were always willing to lend a hand to me. I always felt like I was appreciated around them.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment is very stressful and hectic. There were quite a few people there that felt like they were really better than everyone else.
