What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have better management that can put their foot down when need be. Sure being too strict is never a good method either, but management cannot be so laid back in the long run.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a great starting wage when you begin. When I first started at Jack H., I was making well above what other competitors in the area were offering. They also offer great care packages, sick leave, and paid vacations after you've worked there a certain point.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management at this firm is all over the place. People don't show up half the time and management just doesn't seem to care. Other employees have to pick up the slack and at time I felt like I couldn't get any work done because I had to make up for other employees.
