This firm needs to have better options for moving upwards. Employees will not want to stay if they are not receiving good benefits and a lack of proper payments. Starting out is one thing, but their needs to be an incentive for moving forward.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a positive and upbeat work environment. Long-term employees are quite helpful as well as management. New employees feel a sense of comfort when working here and don't feel pressured to succeed beyond their capabilities. The training program among this firm is incredibly beneficial and assists employees through the process easily.
