What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should offer more support to its attorneys. The attorneys should invest themselves into their clients; therefore, the firm should invest fully in their attorneys.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
"Relationships matter most," was the motto and belief of the firm. I felt a sense of pride while working there because of the care that was given to clients. We treated clients like family instead of just a possible monetary gain.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some cases took an emotional toll on me. Because of the way we treated clients, I was moved by drawbacks and wins. It was somewhat of a rollercoaster at times.
