If the firm wants to expand their services, they need to hire more lawyers. They have many people seeking employment through this firm. Let them grow bigger so they can achieve more business.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a good work environment that aid employees in meeting their career needs. It offers great pay for thosestarting out, as well as benefits. Management assists new employees when training and is very thorough in their process of helping others.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm unfortunately doesn't offer much room for growth. Several of the employees who work for this firm have been here for dozens of years and the firm doesn't show any signs of hiring new employees anytime soon. The firm is quite small and seems to keep it that way.
