Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP Reviews

Advice to law firm management: I would like to see this firm either relocate to a location that is more open or compensate those that rely on public transportation since getting there using public transportation can be quite the task.

Pros: Everyone at this firm is encouraged to handle their daily tasks and cases the way that they see. It is very entrepreneurship oriented in that regard. The starting pay is exceptional as well.

Cons: I found the location of the firm to be difficult to get to when relying on public transportation. This was a real hindrance and led to me having to find a new firm to work for.

Advice to law firm management: Keeping giving associates freedom and keep supporting their professional development. This is a great place to work and it will only become better as associates learn and grow.

Pros: Associates here are given the freedom to practice as they see fit, and everyone is encouraged to experiment to find their niche. The leadership team sees the benefit of allowing associates to work according to their strengths and they are all very supportive.

Cons: While associates have a lot of freedom here, they still need to meet billable hour quotas and other deliverables. Expectations are high, so there are a lot of long nights and weekends.

Overview

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP has ranked among the region's most prominent law firms, consistently offering quality legal services to emerging and established businesses of the Rocky Mountain West. While the firm's Denver headquarters and intermediate size allow a close personal relationship with local and regional clients, our technology and broad experience allow us to partner effectively with businesses and their investors throughout the world. DGS enjoys a strong national reputation for its corporate finance and natural resources practices, with emphasis on securities and M&A transactions, regulatory guidance, and complex commercial litigation. Our lawyers have extensive experience working with companies in the real estate, hospitality, private equity, asset management, health care, manufacturing, mining, energy, and technology industries. The firm's longstanding commitment to senior level staffing on client matters is drawing more attention from businesses seeking to leverage tight legal budgets. Unlike many firms that promise partner-level service but deliver junior-level associates, nearly half of our lawyers are equity partners whose experience, when combined with judicious use of associates and paralegals and a competitive rate structure, deliver a lower total cost solution for clients without any compromise in quality.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing is fantastic! When I am looking for a job, it is the first place I come to. The service is very good and I enjoyed the emails. LawCrossing has more jobs and it is more tailored. Other sites gave a lot of irrelevant results. Your site may have a great algorithm, but it felt like an actual person choosing jobs they felt would be good based on my search. I will always recommend this site!
