I would like to see this firm either relocate to a location that is more open or compensate those that rely on public transportation since getting there using public transportation can be quite the task.
Everyone at this firm is encouraged to handle their daily tasks and cases the way that they see. It is very entrepreneurship oriented in that regard. The starting pay is exceptional as well.
I found the location of the firm to be difficult to get to when relying on public transportation. This was a real hindrance and led to me having to find a new firm to work for.
