Consider hiring more employees to even out the workload more. That will make for an even better environment and make things better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm and I feel like I have grown quite a bit while being here. It is enjoyable and a great place to be.
What did you not like about this institution?
I really feel like the workload can be spread out more evenly. It can be stressful at times and that is hard.
