What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Communicate well with others. The team counts on you to be a part of the team
and not off on your own adventure. Communication will make things easier for others
as well as yourself. You can't go wrong with being honest and straight forth with others.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a good positive work environment which lifts people up instead of trying to tear them down. There is not the "dog eat dog" mentality that some law firms thrive on. They like to be competitive while lifting each other up to do better as a team.
What did you not like about this institution?
The schedule can get daunting. It's not so bad. You keep up with
everything and stay as organized and on top of things as you can. Don't try to
take on too much and you get through the day.
