Salary & Benefits

Despite enacting a pay freeze in 2009, the firm announced that salaries would be raised to market level for associates who had billed at least 1,900 hours in 2009. The starting salaries are $ 160,000 in all offices. The bonuses are individualized; however, they typically match bonus levels for associates who meet the previously agreed hourly requirements. In fact, the firm usually waits until March to pay out the yearly bonuses.
