What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give every staff a raise that is below a certain number. Increase bonuses and create bonus incentives. There should also be an increase in training opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The helpful and seasoned staff has helped me grow and made this job easier for myself. The other staff members are pleasant to talk to.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is a little low and the location is bad. There are next to no bonuses offered, and when we do get them they're low. The long drive from my home is unfortunate.
