What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Listen to what employees say and make sure that you are always keeping on top of everything and understanding how it works. It's important to make sure you understand what you are getting into
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Seemingly everyone that you surround yourself with here is a professional. Everyone takes his/her job seriously and wants the best for themselves, their clients and others. It's nice to have that companionship in a place where you work.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some parts of management that need work. I feel that management tends to get into situations they don't understand, with no backstory first. That tends to lead to frustrations that are vented in bad ways.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this firm hire more employees and interns. I think that if the work load was more spread out than I would of stayed around and continued to work at this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed working with everyone here and I found everyone to be very friendly. Everyone is very experienced and very helpful. Great pay is a huge plus as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
I found the work load to be a little bit too high for me and I also found the commute to be a little bit too far for me which led to my resignation (unfortunately).
