5.Current Employee, more than 5 yearsExcellent FirmAttorney in Chapel Hill, NCRecommendProsRBH is an excellent firm with sophisticated work and true collegiality. There is usually decent WLB and the team is top notch. There is no billable hour requirement.ConsThere are no cons to working as an attorney at RBH.
I would like to see this firm hire more employees and interns. I think that if the work load was more spread out than I would of stayed around and continued to work at this firm.
I really enjoyed working with everyone here and I found everyone to be very friendly. Everyone is very experienced and very helpful. Great pay is a huge plus as well.
I found the work load to be a little bit too high for me and I also found the commute to be a little bit too far for me which led to my resignation (unfortunately).
Listen to what employees say and make sure that you are always keeping on top of everything and understanding how it works. It's important to make sure you understand what you are getting into
Seemingly everyone that you surround yourself with here is a professional. Everyone takes his/her job seriously and wants the best for themselves, their clients and others. It's nice to have that companionship in a place where you work.
There are some parts of management that need work. I feel that management tends to get into situations they don't understand, with no backstory first. That tends to lead to frustrations that are vented in bad ways.
Thank you.
