													<p class="small">There's not much to do to improve.  It's a good place to work.  Just get the associates to know that the playing around is distracting and to take it to a minimum.</p>

													<p class="small">The perks and benefits here aren't bad.  I received pay a little above what I was expecting for starting out.  Not everyone is friendly, but the associates and paralegals I interacted with were great.</p>

													<p class="small">There is a bit of competition among some of the associates.  It starts off as light ribbing, but sometimes takes a turn into an uncomfortable situation.  I hated to be standing around or working when some of the guys would start fraternizing like this and they'd get a little out of hand.</p>
