The candidate will provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, which include ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEO, corrective actions, employment compliance and other areas requiring legal counsel to avoid or mitigate risks. Will attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Be well-versed in the rules of evidence and introducing evidence. Should be able to travel as needed.

The ideal candidate must have litigation experience (employment, benefits and executive compensation) and day to day counseling experience. Traditional labor experience would also be a plus. Texas Bar admission is required.
The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience to represent plaintiffs in asbestos and personal injury cases. Should have strong written and oral advocacy skills. Prior asbestos litigation experience is a plus. Must be admitted to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
