New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks debt finance attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be representing borrowers and/or lenders in the negotiation, documentation and closing of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged financings. Working knowledge of debt securities offerings and general corporate law is also preferred.
The candidate must have 2-6 years of acquisition finance experience in a large law firm. Experience in working with private equity firms and borrowers in connection with financing matters is preferred.
