Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with all team members and the public.
- Comply with applicable State Bar rules and company policies and procedures.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and case management software.
- Maintains excellent customer service and interfaces with clients, providers, and team members.
- Prepares legal documents and communicates with adjusters, defense counsel, and court administration.
- Effectively communicates with clients to gather and organize pertinent information.
- Collaborates with attorneys and team members to optimize case management and achieve optimal results for clients.
- Ability and willingness to train and mentor less experienced team members.
- 5+ years of prior litigation experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
