The Murphy Law Firm, a leading law firm in the DMV area, is currently seeking a Client Concierge to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are known for our exceptional, client-centered legal services and are looking for a passionate and personable individual to help us continue our rapid growth and success. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities of a Client Concierge
As a Client Concierge, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and the firm. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining expert knowledge of our products and services. Your main goal will be to provide a better overall client experience by promoting cross-departmental communication and implementing an internal client success program. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service to clients
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting clients during the onboarding process
- Promoting cross-departmental communication
- Working collaboratively with Marketing and Intake teams
- Providing technical and product support to clients and team members
- Developing and implementing an internal client success program
- Providing feedback on customer service policies and practices
- Conducting internal research and analyzing data
- Supporting the Operations Team and Executives as needed

Qualifications for the Role
To be successful as a Client Concierge, you should have impeccable customer service skills and a strong knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention. You should also have a strong understanding of Family Law and be proficient with applicable software applications. Some of the qualifications we are looking for include:

Compensation Information
The Murphy Law Firm offers a competitive salary of $41,600 per year for this position. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We value our employees and believe in investing in their success and well-being.
