H2: We are looking for highly organized, tech-savvy paralegals to join our team at **Members Only**.

**Members Only**, a tech-enabled law firm, is currently seeking Senior Immigration Paralegals to join our team in Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or remotely in the . We specialize in immigration, corporate, and litigation services for the immigrant community. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about immigration law and have a strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare petitions and applications for various immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
- Process forms such as I-485, I-765, I-131, and more.
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other requests from USCIS.
- Serve as the firm's main point of contact for clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Communicate with clients regarding their cases and collect necessary documents.
- Update case statuses in our systems and follow the firm's compliance policies.
- Collaborate with team members and attend meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in art, science, or engineering.
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong communication skills and legal research and writing skills.
- Familiarity with immigration case management systems.
- Fully committed to full-time availability.
- Decent typing speed and proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Reader, and SharePoint.
- 2nd language preferred but not required.
