Title: Chief of Staff to General Counsel, Regulatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key advisor to the General Counsel, Regulatory, and aid in advancing global coordination and strategies across the Regulatory team.
- Report directly to the General Counsel, Regulatory, and support leadership within the Regulatory team.
- Act as a central point of contact for various business units, enabling global coordination on regulatory matters and ensuring transparency across the team.
- Plan and coordinate key meetings, including periodic Regulatory Team meetings and monthly Regulatory Team leadership calls.
- Support the Regulatory team budget, including monthly coordination with the Law Department finance and annual strategic budgeting exercises.
- Assist in the development of global regulatory strategies in coordination with the team.
- Support the General Counsel, Regulatory, with the planning and development of internal and external presentations, ensuring the General Counsel is well-organized and the team operates effectively.
- Enhance the agility, connectivity, and efficiency of the Regulatory leadership team.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive, corporate, and employee communications. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and influential communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on setting priorities, managing processes, and delivering results under tight deadlines and with competing priorities.
- Exceptional partnership capability; ability to influence others and add value to a vision.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including an interest in and understanding of corporate SEC filings.
- Financial Services Regulatory experience is a plus.
- Self-starter and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced presentation drafting skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and material with appropriate discretion.
Salary Information:
- Competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role.
- Eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.

Pay Ranges:
- Purchase, New York: $147,000 - $236,000 USD
- Washington, District of Columbia: $147,000 - $236,000 USD
Legal and Security Responsibilities:
