T-Mobile is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our All-Star Legal Team! In this role, you will represent the organization on complex legal matters related to T-Mobile's Third-Party Sales and T-Mobile-For-Business (TFB) channels. You will provide day-to-day legal advice, draft and negotiate agreements, manage legal disputes, and support operational initiatives. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales leadership to find low-risk solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating and drafting complex sales agreements and transactions
• Assessing legal risk in the context of strategic imperatives
• Driving departmental initiatives and process improvements
• Serving as a trusted advisor for specialty areas within the sales and distribution organization
• Managing relationships with clients and outside counsel
• Thinking with a solution-oriented approach to all matters

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and 2-4 years of experience as a business attorney. Relevant in-house and/or law firm experience is also preferred. Experience with complex sales and distribution matters is required, as well as the ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications include:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and ability to become a licensed attorney in applicable state jurisdictions (Washington, Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, or New York)
• 2-4 years of experience as a business attorney
• Experience with complex sales and distribution matters
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on the client and customer
• Executive maturity and ability to interact with senior management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and research skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience or working knowledge of enterprise sales, third-party distribution, the wireless telecommunications industry, technology and network agreements, and sales agreements is a plus.
