As a patent attorney or agent at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent-related tasks, including virtual meetings with inventors, receiving invention disclosures, drafting patent applications, and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO. We are looking for candidates who are registered . patent attorneys or agents with a minimum of a . in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or chemistry. However, we will also consider candidates with a . or advanced degree in other technical fields such as physics, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or biology, especially if they have relevant work experience in our areas of focus. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
