Associate - Patent Prosecution (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Japanese Language Skills)

Who We Are Looking For:

Strong background in either Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Fluency in both English and Japanese language.
Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
Registration before the . Patent and Trademark Office.
Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct complex legal analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse clients, attorneys, and staff.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to contribute to effective team relationships.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $235,000 - $310,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Flex-time schedules will be considered and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
