Job Title: Knowledge Management Solutions Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Knowledge Management (KM) Solutions Product Manager is tasked with managing and enhancing the law firm's KM applications. This includes, but is not limited to, precedent banks, bespoke KM solutions for practice groups and departments, and the firm's intranet. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and optimizing KM applications, such as precedent banks and the intranet.
- Planning and executing projects related to KM applications from planning and discovery through to deployment and post-production support.
- Collaborating with legal departments, practice groups, and administrative departments to ensure effective knowledge sharing and utilization.
- Partnering with Procurement and Project Management teams for necessary projects and KM applications.
- Maintaining relationships and partnerships with third-party professional services for projects and KM applications.
- Implementing best practices in legal KM to enhance the firm's capabilities.
- Providing technical support on KM applications.
- Collaborating with the Director of Knowledge Solutions and Knowledge Management attorneys to develop and implement training programs to drive user adoption of KM tools and processes.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of KM applications and recommending improvements.
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements in consultation with the Managing Director of Knowledge Management and the Director of Knowledge Solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Overseeing the development and deployment of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Using data analytics to measure product performance, user engagement, and satisfaction, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations in the management of KM applications.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree or any combination of experience, education, or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in KM and practice support, with particular success with databases, intranets, portals, search engines, collaboration tools, and document management systems.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Experience in a large law firm is beneficial.

Salary Information:
Compensation for this position is dependent on several factors, including position, location, education, training, and/or experience. The hiring salary range is between $135, and $155,.
