Job Title: Client Program Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

The Client Program Coordinator at the law firm is entrusted with providing high-level support for client program teams. This role involves overseeing matter management, contributing to process flow organization, and acting as a liaison between clients, the firm’s timekeepers, and interoffice departments. Key responsibilities include:

- Running conflict checks and maintaining knowledge management resources.
- Developing creative solutions to business opportunities.
- Managing service delivery by collaborating with lawyers and staff to meet service expectations and address specific problems or opportunities.
- Driving service innovation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
- Learning and utilizing new technology tools such as legal project management, data visualization, and document automation.
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new personnel, including attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Managing project management activities that affect the firm’s legal teams and the client’s legal operations team, including tracking project plans and deliverables.
- Assisting with the implementation of project management frameworks to enable firm leadership to track progress and adherence to the stated scope of work.
- Certain service delivery and project management activities will be billable to the client as directed by the manager.

Education and Experience Information:

- A high school diploma or GED certification is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in legal services or another service industry is required.
- The candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, including interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and minimal supervision is necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, HighQ, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
- The candidate should be available and willing to work overtime as needed or requested.

Salary Information:

Washington State: The annualized salary range for this position is $62,000 to $68,000 ( hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short-term solution-based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs are also available.

California: The annualized salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $62,000 to $71,000 ( hourly); and in San Francisco is $73,000 to $78,000 ( hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for similar benefits as those offered in Washington State.

New York: The annualized salary range for this position in New York City is $73,000 to $80,000 ( hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for similar benefits as those offered in Washington State.

District of Columbia: The annualized salary range for this position in Washington . is $66,000 to $73,000 ( hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for similar benefits as those offered in Washington State.
