Job Description
The Antitrust Associate will:
• Represent clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters
• Analyze and interpret antitrust laws and regulations
• Analyze and evaluate evidence and formulate legal strategies
• Prepare legal documents and briefs
• Work closely with clients to develop effective strategies
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Research and review case law, statutes, and regulations
• Communicate with counsel, clients, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Top academic credentials
• Knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Compensation
The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
